What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We utilise an on demand business model to make sure we offer the highest quality at the lowest possible price. Because of this please allow 1 to 3 days to receive a Tracking number. Once you receive a tracking Number your item is quoted by the Carrier as taking 1 to 4 business days to arrive at your location dependent on where you are in the world. We aim to deliver to you from order to your door within 7  business days. 

If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business please email us at sales@meggpro.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. If you send a photo or video evidence of faulty item and we are satisfied, we will refund your original payment source immediately. We will then give further instructions about retuning items on a case by case basis. We are a made to order business, which means as soon as you place an order, we will get to work producing it for you and for that reason, returns and exchanges are only accepted in the case of damaged or faulty goods. Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent then we are unable to issue a refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at sales@meggpro.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
All items are shipped from USA, Canada and United Kingdom. This helps to reduce our Carbon Footprint and speed up delivery. Hence you should receive your items within 7 business days.
